The owner allows people to get extremely drunk and he allows them to drive while they are intoxicated. His best friend ran into me after he left this establishment while he was drunk and his friend ran into me. I was seriously injured to the point I couldn’t work anymore. And the friend ran and never attempted to see if I was ok. This place needs to be shut down.
I visited here once. My experience was good, they had good music drink special on beers and they have music and some pool tables
You can get a good tour of this place on the show "The First 48" when someone was gunned down inside the pool room. And wasnt the first one either...
Nice and laid back bartenders have bad attitudes but the owner is nice and welcoming! Great food, nice food and music, and you get what you pay for with the alcohol he doesn't give you the cheap stuff like most bars!!!!!
This place may look sketchy at first, but don’t you get shook now. Their drinks are the best and the cheapest. The bartenders are friendly and kind. They will take good care of you.

Love it although it's known as 1608 now. Great spot for fun and drinks. Sunday is the biggest night there. There's not another place in Mobile like it. Even tho it gets very packed and it's location it's the only place i feel the safest at. They don't put up with non that bs there. Come enjoy have fun
